Modern day miracle

Just a quick note to say GRACI IS HOME!!! Can you even believe it? We are still a little shocked at how short her hospital stay was-- AMAZING. She is on a liter of oxygen (full time) and can't really be around anyone for awhile, but she looks GREAT and we are so happy to have her home. (:(:(:(: I know that this is due in large part to all of your prayers, so once again, a very heartfelt thank-you and we love you!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll try to post some pics tomorrow-- you won't believe how good she looks!

  3. Yea! That is SO amazing! I was worried that this time she would be in the hospital for like 2 weeks which is good but would've seemed like a long time compared to last. This time not even a week? CRAZY! Love you guys! Good luck with everything! Can't wait for updates!

  6. Christianne,
HI!! It's Jessica (Oveson) Madsen. I ran across your blog from Wade and Misty's. I enjoyed it soooo much! I wasn't suprised to see the woman behind all these beautiful babies was you. Wow - what an amazing woman you are. I can't even express how much I admire you for taking such beautiful spirits into your home and being "mommy." I always had the desire to adopt from another country but fill like "my cup is full!" Your family is beautiful! I am glad to hear that your little Graci is home. I hope her recovery goes fabulous!!!

  7. My dear Christianne! Don't beat yourself up about the Barbies! I feel the exact same way. As a matter of fact I never owned a barbie, but Jaylin owned enough for the both of us. Rearranging the furniture in the doll house and/or drawing my own doll house plans was how I played barbies when I went over to her house. To be honest the whole things was just confusing to me. You want to give the Barbie a doll voice, but she looks like a 30 year old lady. On top of this most of her clothing options were a bit risque'. I felt like I was doing something wrong as I was shimming on her barely there bikini.

Also regarding your other post, there is nothing better than growing up in a large family. It is what you make it! I wouldn't change it for anything. I think that even though my parents couldn't be there everytime for everyone, it strengthened the bond between the siblings, because we then had each other to rely on. Heavenly Father seems to have a way of filling in the gaps.

I'm so glad that Graci is home, and that she is healing so quickly. My email address:
