Ha!

I have a set of wooden blocks that I made one year at a Relief Society activity.  There are nine blocks, each double-sided.  They spell the words joy, hug, hop, fun, boo, and yum (representing different holidays/seasons.)
I found it humorous that on New Years Day, one of the kids inadvertently turned the "y" on the wrong side after knocking it off the shelf.   I was about to change it, then realized it was perfect for New Years:

I think it's trying to tell me something!!

By the way, we had a magical Christmas.  I will blog all about it as soon as I can see carpet in each room of my house.  (;

  1. Great stuff!! Good laugh too! Marie's mom has 4 block that spell NOEL - it's amazing what you can do with that, LEON is common, but my personal fav is what you get when you turn the E to the blank side - NO_L - makes me laugh!

    hugs - love you guys - looking forward to the Christmas wrap-up!
